We cater for all landlords from the busy, “offshore landlords”, to the landlords who only need our, “lett only”, feature. We ensure all tenants go through a thorough check and inspection, checking their credit records and previous tenancy contracts to determine they are the right occupants for your properties. We have a list of, “waiting tenants”, comprising of the higher paying, “student letts”, to the, “working professionals”. If after viewing our, “waiting tenant”, list you are not completely satisfied with the profiles of our tenants, our marketing team will advertise your properties on various search engines for maximum exposure, ensuring we find a tenant compatible for you.
At hand we have our own maintenance team, reducing expensive sub contractor fees for both minor and major repairs. We have qualified plumbers, electricians, gas engineers and handymen as part of our maintenance unit.
Another way we differ from other agents is our transparency in matters of, “fees and costs”, providing you with most if not all the charges you may incur upfront.
